How does monthly billing work?
Plans renew monthly. Credits are added after each payment is confirmed, including on renewal. All prices shown here are in US dollars. Review the total in Stripe Checkout before paying.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits accumulate and do not expire. Your balance carries over between billing cycles and remains available after cancellation. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
How much does a creation cost?
AI Studio prices depend on the model and settings. Scene Recast uses 25 credits per billable second, with partial seconds rounded up for each segment. You review the exact quote and confirm before a generation starts.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved when a generation starts. A confirmed failed generation returns its reserved credits. If the outcome is still being reviewed, those credits stay on hold until the request is reconciled.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing and choose Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewals. Open Billing.
Can I change plans or buy a one-time pack?
The plans offered here are monthly subscriptions. Changes to an active plan, yearly billing and new one-time credit packs are not currently offered.
How do payments and refunds work?
Subscriptions use card payments through Stripe Checkout. Twistavo does not store your card number. A refunded or disputed payment can remove its associated credits. No automatic cash refund is promised; contact support about a payment issue. Visit billing help.
